Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or other reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@patakhapaperie.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Once your damaged item return is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
